Infrastructure project RFQ checklist.

A practical starting point for a technically useful enquiry. This is procurement guidance, not an engineering design or compliance certificate.

1. Project and application

Describe the end use, destination, installation conditions, quantity and requested delivery window. Identify the project parties and scope boundaries.

2. Technical basis

Provide the applicable standard and edition, design loads, environmental conditions and approved drawing references. State material, coating and dimensional requirements with units.

3. Assembly interfaces

List anchoring, mounting, access, cladding and equipment interfaces. Identify which items are included and which are by others.

4. Quality and documents

Specify required material evidence, inspection points, tests, acceptance criteria, review responsibilities and document formats.

5. Packing and delivery

Confirm part marking, packing constraints, receiving arrangements, destination, shipping terms and required commercial documents.
