Your enquiry information

We receive the contact name, company, work email, project destination, product scope, quantities, timing, project requirements and any files you choose to submit. Required fields are needed to respond; attachments are optional. Please share only information and files you are authorized to provide.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about your project. Necessary hosting and email providers process it to operate the form, store enquiries and deliver messages. Limited technical information supports spam prevention and form security. We do not sell RFQ information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Retention and deletion

We keep enquiry information and attachments only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, project communication and applicable legal obligations. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it; residual backup copies expire through normal backup retention. Access is limited to people who need it to handle the enquiry. Attachments are reviewed before use and are not automatically published.

Access, correction or deletion

Email info@infracores.com with your request. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request concerns your data. We will explain any applicable legal reason that prevents deletion.
